What’s Included

All packages officially kick in 1–2 weeks before your event and include one complimentary check-in call, scheduled 1–4 months prior to the big day to ensure everything is on track.


We currently offer day-of coordination packages, but if you need more than day-of support, please reach out for availability and pricing. We’re also happy to offer a selection of à la carte planning services—like vendor support, extra check-in meetings, timeline building, venue tours, and more—depending on our availability.

Half Day Coordination

(Ideal for more intimate or shorter events such as elopements, vow renewals, micro weddings, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and holiday celebrations.)

Perfect for intimate celebrates typically lasting up to four hours

Starting at $600

Package typically includes:

  • One lead coordinator on-site
  • Vendor confirmation and timeline finalization
  • Event setup & breakdown assistance
  • Cueing the event timeline and transitions
  • Personal assistance for the host/couple and guests
  • Emergency kit access
  • Coordination of all on-the-day logistics

Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement, a milestone celebration, a corporate gathering, or a holiday gathering, our team is here to guide you every step of the way. 


Full Day Coordination

(Typically suited for events requiring up to 8 hours of coordination, such as large weddings or celebrations.)

Perfect for all-day celebrations, from morning moments to the final dance

Starting at $1800

Package typically includes:

  • Lead coordinator + assistant(s) (based on guest count)
  • Final walkthrough and timeline review
  • Vendor communication & confirmation
  • Full ceremony and reception setup oversight
  • Cueing ceremony, entrances, speeches, and special moments
  • Personal assistance for the couple and wedding party
  • Emergency kit access
  • End-of-night breakdown coordination

Every celebration is unique—our add-on services are here to give you the extra support you need, whether you’re planning locally or from afar. From setup assistance to coordinating additional events, we’re happy to help make the entire wedding experience smooth and stress-free. If you need help with something not on this list, let us know and we may be able to accommodate your request!
