We recommend reaching out at least 9–12 months in advance for weddings and larger events, and at least 6 months in advance for smaller celebrations. That said, we do take last-minute bookings if we have availability—so don’t hesitate to ask!

Definitely. We can assist with hotel blocks, welcome bag delivery, and planning group activities like luaus, sunset sails, or snorkeling tours to make your wedding weekend unforgettable.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, but it can be transferred to another event within 12 months. Cancellations made 120+ days in advance won’t owe anything beyond the deposit. Closer cancellations may be subject to additional fees.
We can be as hands-on or behind the scenes as you’d like. Whether you want full support managing vendors and timelines, or just someone to keep things running smoothly in the background, we tailor our involvement to match your needs.
While Hannah and Cat are the faces of Ginger Bloom, we’re not a two-person show. We have a trusted network of experienced team members and event assistants we call on based on the size, scope, and needs of your event—so you’ll always have the right support in place, never just one set of hands.
While we’re based on Oʻahu, we’re happy to travel to neighbor islands or other destinations for an additional fee. We’d love to hear more about your location and see how we can help!
